All shows are 21+ and all parties must have valid ID to enter the building.  No minors allowed unless accompanied by an adult.

What does it mean when a show is a “Special Event?”
Shows that are labeled “Special Event” have restrictions to purchasing tickets. Discounts and promotions are not accepted.

What time should I arrive?
Due to all the amazing events going on downtown, we suggest arriving by 8:30pm so you have time to park, walk through the hotel, check in, etc.  Seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

Should I research the comedian before attending a show?
Although we pride ourselves on only booking professional comedians that have a mass appeal, comedy is subjective and certain comedians may not be right for everybody.  Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner's biography is a great way to get insight on the expected performance.

What is the Showroom like?  How does seating work?
The Showroom arrangement is an intimate setting – chairs surrounding tables, facing the stage making every seat a great seat.

Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis (arriving closer to showtime increases the chances of your party being seated at a table with another group or further back in the showroom).

How long do the shows typically last?
Shows average around 75 minutes in length.

Is there a dress code?
Nice, casual attire.

Please do not contact the hotel or call for booking information.  Thank you for your understanding.
